We understand that nothing is perfect. With all of our pieces being hand made. There's room for unforeseen errors. If your products threading/sewing comes undone feel free to email us with a detailed message and photos including the problem you're having. We will send you a shipping label and get them returned to us so that we may fasten them and get it back to you.
